How Long We Keep Information

  • For prospective clients: We retain personal information submitted via inquiries for 12 months to facilitate follow-up discussions and potential future projects. If no engagement results, the data is securely deleted.
  • For active clients: We are legally required by UK tax law (HMRC) to retain basic personal data (names, addresses, and invoice details) for a minimum of 6 years for financial auditing and tax purposes.
  • Technical Data: Any temporary access credentials provided for auditing or development purposes are permanently deleted immediately upon the conclusion of the specific task.
